Deleting your account from the app

You can delete your Guessong account yourself, at any time, without asking anyone:

Open Guessong and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. The account and its data are removed immediately.

If you cannot open the app

If you have lost access to your device or cannot sign in, write to guessongapp@gmail.com from the email address on the account and ask for deletion. We verify that the address matches the account and delete it within 30 days, usually within a few days.

What is deleted

Deleting the account removes your profile and everything attached to it, including:

Your account record: username, email address, avatar and sign-in identity.
Your game history across every mode, along with scores, streaks and level progress.
Diamonds, badges, daily chests and event reward claims.
Friends, community posts and comments, and multiplayer and duel participation.
Notification settings and the device tokens used to send them.
Subscription records held by us.

None of it is recoverable afterwards. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play — those are managed by the store, and you cancel them in your Apple or Google account settings.

What is kept, and for how long

Records we are required to keep are retained without your profile attached to them: purchase and refund records, which tax law requires us to hold for the statutory period, and security logs such as sign-in attempts, kept for up to 90 days. Neither can be used to identify you once the account is gone.
